ACRP Airport Arts Preliminary Survey

The Airport Cooperative Research Program Synthesis Topic 23-01-28 [Topic S01-28]: Airport Arts Program Management aims to describe management methods that airports and their arts program administrators use to implement, operate, and manage their programs.

Nemon Consulting LLC will be conducting surveys and interviews with selected airports between November 2023 and March 2024 for the development of case examples to explore this topic. This survey is to collect preliminary interest for potential participation in this project. Please know that your participation is completely voluntary, and that any information provided will not be used for any other purposes.

ACRP Airport Arts Management Survey

The Airport Cooperative Research Program Synthesis Topic 23-01-28 [Topic S01-28]: Airport Arts Program Management aims to describe management methods that airports and their arts program administrators use to implement, operate, and manage their programs.

Nemon Consulting LLC will be conducting surveys, and follow-up interviews, with selected airports between November 2023 and March 2024 for the development of case examples to explore this topic. This survey is to collect information from Airport Arts Program managers, administrators, and staff; as well as staff from connected departments and personnel such as airport operations, engineering, safety/security, and others. The findings from this survey will be used to generalize some key management practices and to understand how Airport Arts Programs are integrated into the operational environment. Additionally, this survey will help establish a participant pool for follow-up key interviews to further explore these topics.

This survey is expected to take approximately 10 minutes. Please know that your participation is completely voluntary, and that any information provided will not be used for any other purposes.

ACRP Airport Arts Interview Protocol

Hello, my name is _____, and I will be conducting our interview today. Thank you for your participation in the Airport Cooperative Research Program Synthesis Topic 23-01-28 [Topic S01-28], Methods of Airport Arts Program Management. The objective of this synthesis is to describe management methods that airports and their arts program administrators use to implement, operate, and manage their programs.

We are conducting a series of interviews that will help us better understand the experiences of those who have created, implemented, and managed airport arts programs. The information you share with us will help us understand how airport arts programs are developed and managed, as well as learn about some key areas we may want to highlight in our synthesis report.

First, we’d like to thank you for sharing your expertise with us and airport stakeholders throughout the country. Your insight supports our objective to provide an in-depth analysis of precisely how tools are used for airport arts programs.

This interview is scheduled for 45 minutes. Please know that participation is voluntary.
